Actually, since you're here, I wanted to ask if you'd post Nutrition Facts and a full ingredients list for all the flavors you offer. I could only find http://www.beefjerky.com/catalog/nutrition.html and it doesn't include the ingredients.
The reason I ask is, I and my family love jerky, but several of my family members are allergic to wheat and wheat ingredients, so we rarely buy jerky in case it has been marinated in soy sauce (which is made with brewed wheat). Many times the soy sauce isn't even considered an ingredient, so it's left off, and the consequences are such that we simply go without rather than risk it.
So, as a fan of quality jerky, please consider adding a notation as to whether some or all of your products are "wheat free" and/or "gluten free." I know it may seem crazy, right? It's beef and salt. But believe me when I tell you there's a market out there of people who scrutinize the labels looking for those two words on every packaged food they purchase. My family are among them.
