It seems that Firefox sometimes fails to open the EULA window on Mac after WOT is installed. We will fix this problem in the next version of the add-on, but in the mean while, you can work around the problem by starting another copy of Firefox from your Applications folder. This will bring up the EULA window and clicking Accept (or Decline if you prefer) there will open Firefox.
