"Vertrauenswürdigkeit" zeigt das Vertrauen der Benutzer in die jeweilige Website. "Händlerzuverlässigkeit" zeigt die beim Online-Shopping erlebte Präzision, Verlässlichkeit und Aufrichtigkeit. "Datenschutz" misst das Vertrauen der Benutzer in den Schutz vor Eindringversuchen und Störungen. "Jugendschutz" signalisiert das Vorhandensein von nicht für Kinder und Jugendliche geeigneten Inhalten und gefährlichen oder illegalen Handlungen.
