Your site's reputation rating is based on a combination of ratings from WOT users and trusted sources. If you are unhappy with the rating or comments, here is a list of things you can do:

1. If you are the website owner, follow the Click here if you own this site link on your site's scorecard to claim the site. After completing the verification process, you can respond to comments on the scorecard, and if you feel the site has been rated unfairly, request a review on the forum.
2. When you respond to a scorecard comment, the user who posted the comment will be notified of your response. However, you can also contact the users who left comments through their boards and ask them to review or explain their comment and rating. Try to find out if there are some issues to be solved.
   
   You should note that the site's reputation is computed only from user ratings, not the comments you see on the scorecard. Users who have chosen to write a comment are rarely the only ones who have rated the site.
3. If you feel a scorecard comment is spam or otherwise inappropriate, click the Flag this comment for review icon below the comment and explain the reason you believe it should be removed.
4. If appropriate, you may also want to ask your friends and customers to rate your site.

Note: If you request a review on the forum, please make sure to read the guidelines before posting.

Our system computes a reputation for a site only after there are enough user ratings for it. The best way to influence a site's rating is to rate it yourself and ask your friends to rate it as well.
