    Firefox Freezing.

    Hello Sami,
Since long time I am facing a small problem while using WOT and it is as below:
Every time I search something on google its information and links come with WOT reputation data so on going over the links WOT shows me a window with full its details, so it was fine until I noticed that mouse over details window of WOT freezing after I each time leave the PC to go out of the room, and I don't know if its WOT freezing or Firefox freezing or whether its some firefox bug which came after I upgraded firefox browser.
Please note that even when my PC is always ON power without any sleep mode etc firefox each time acts weird and slow when I don't use the PC for 5 minutes or more and its results in this reputation detailed data over google links freezing even when it was working before I left the PC which confuses me a lot now.

Thanks Sami in advance and waiting for your or any other WOT experts reply.

    Regards,
    Anand N.

    Re: Firefox Freezing

Do you mean the pop-up window stays there and doesn't disappear even if you move the mouse? Does the browser still work?

      Re Re. firefox freezing

No Sami, The pop-up window does not appear when the mouse is over it and the browser is working well.
And sometimes I have to refresh the page for the pop-up window to appear on mouse over.

        Caching

Oh, that's caused by the add-on's cache expiring after ~30 minutes from loading the ratings. Once the add-on considers cached ratings to be stale, the rating indicators remain on the page, but the pop-up stops working until you reload.

In other words, it's normal behavior for the add-on, not a problem with your browser.

    Re. Chaching

Ok Sami, thank you for letting me know that it is no problem issue with the browser, my second guess was that Cooliris plugin is causing problem, but now no need for installing firefox :-)

    Thank you again Sami.

    Regards,
    Anand N.

    I upgraded my browser.

Since I registered here last week I have upgraded my Firefox from 1.0.0.12 to the Beta version - Firefox 3.0 Beta 4. It works superbly, and your site looks/feels just fine with the Beta. No Problems.

FF3 is going to blow peoples minds when it finally gets a distribution release. It has several great new features, and benchmark tests have shown huge speed improvements.

    Re: I upgraded my browser.

Yes, Firefox 3 looks great and beta 4 seems to be stable enough for daily use.

      Re: I upgraded my browser

Yesterday I spent some time on a Mozilla Forum, and the stats show almost zero new bug reports, most existing reports are being handled as we speak. Consensus is that it should be ready to ship in June.
