    Microsoft Windows Security Setting

Hi, maybe someone can help me out here. My Microsoft Windows Security center is telling me that it doesnt recognize whether or not I have an anti-virus program installed, isnt that what WOT is ? I no I'm not supposed to install another one, such as Norton, with a current Anti virus program already active, so does WOT cover anti virus protection, and if so why doesnt Windows Recognize it ? Thanks for your help.

    David

    WOT is not an anti-virus

WOT is not an anti-virus program - it's an extension program that tells you which sites are safe to browse/trust. so if you are always connected to internet i strongly recommend to install anti-virus and firewall (windows built in firewall is not sufficient).
