I have rated around 1600 diefferent Sites and see that there a lot which are rated absolutely discongruous, so I will and everybody can write in this topic to post wrong rated sites so other can correct them:

    My findings:
    -Porn site:

    which is rated child safe....

    ...

    Wrong ratings.

    Sorted, and then some! :-)

To report a wrong rating such as this, just note or cut-and-paste the URL here:

You will get some action on it.

    Delta-Surfer

RocketDock is not red site ...

Get your facts straight first ... So far there are few groundless claims about keyboard hooking that's all!

Just to clarify it, since it was posted in the middle of two real malicious sites.

    Request a comment...

A really simple solution could be to re-rate the site in question.
And then use the new feature: Request a comment...

PS: I've seen several individual sites appear as new posts, asking for rerating.
As it seems to be a general, and recurring problem, perhaps this topic
should be declared 'sticky' and parked permanently above the rest..?

    after I comment ...

    Hi,
I am a bit confused, I rated a site which looks like had not been rated, however, even after I rated it it still is gray, (as though my rating had no impact) also, this happens when I rate vendor reliability, no impact, can you just tell me why, does it just need more people to rate it.

Also, I don't understand why sometimes, something will get an overall green, when it has only been rated tagged in delicious, or wikipedia, they really don't have experience w/ the vendor per se , just that it has been bookmarked or written about, or do I have it wrong, a little elaboration would help.
    Thank you for your time,
    GG

      Re: after I comment ...

      Allow me to explain:

      1. Only your ratings affect the site's reputation, comments only allow you to explain the reasons behind your ratings.
      2. If you're a new user, you won't be able to set the rating for a previously unknown website alone. We'll need more ratings before computing a reputation for the site.
      3. Sites can have a reputation even if they have no comments. Leaving a comment is completely optional and hasn't even been possible for all that long.

    course work

i have notice that my course work got a bad rating, i mean how on earth can a business about providing technical support be inappropriate for children!?!?!? it contains absolutely no sex references or even a hint, if i did i think i will get a fail

and did i also put spam, adware, or spyware, on it?
"An unsatisfactory rating indicates that the site may contain annoying advertisements, excessive pop-ups, or content that makes your browser crash."

people at least should put a simple comment on why

      Re: Reputation inheritance

i have notice that my course work got a bad rating

Did you see the "This subdomain inherits the reputation of blogspot.com" notice on the scorecard? It means there aren't enough ratings for your blog and it therefore inherits the reputation of its parent domain.

Don't worry, once more people rate your blog, the overall reputation of blogspot.com no longer affects it.
