I find it somewhat useless, if not confusing, to find that my portal page has been rated. Well, actually, it isn't the page, it's my carrier, eastlink.ca.

As a matter of fact, folks, I find this whole system somewhat confusing. And no, I'm not a newbie. It seems as though the whole purpose is to jam as much ... whatever on to the site with little regard for its value.
