    2 million downloads!

WOT has over 1,900,000 (1 million 900 thousand downloads) and is estimated to have 2 million in less than a week according to the Firefox Website. Perhaps consider making a sneak peek at WOT 4 in celebration, or make a homepage addition sayign like two million downloads or something. I'm not asking for another contest (that was supposed to be funny) but I think that two milllion downloads in such a short time is pretty cool, so something should be done in honor of it

We rate the websites, the WOT staff creates, and advertises the add-on, and together, we make it all happen.

    Re: 2 million downloads!

Actually, we already have over 2 million downloads. I guess our marketing people are planning an official announcement soon. :)

    On the community page you

On the community page you can read that there is a total of some 47 million users (which of course are not all active).

    How does 2 become 47..?

If WOT has been downloaded 2 million times, I would expect the number of users to be less than 2. And the number of active users even less. So, how can it be 47..?

Re: How does 2 become 47..?

It doesn't. The number on the community page is the total activity score for the entire community, not the number of users.

    Jerry Glanville

The Elvis comment reminds me of when Jerry Glanville was head coach for the Houston Oilers back in the 80's before they moved to Memphis and became the Titans.

Glanville always used to buy a ticket to the games and leave it at the entrance for . . . Elvis.

      Maybe...

Maybe ELVIS is a new kind of super virus?

In any case, Elvis may have left the building - but not the planet. I once read that Elvis is still so popular that lots of people like to impersonate him. Lots of people, and a growing number too. In fact so many, that if the curve isn't breaking, then we'll all be Elvis clones a century from now. Kinda scary, isn't it..?
