    I Should Know. . .

    Yet somehow don't:confused:

    Now I know (not completely ignorant) that a domain can affect a sub-domain rating till it receives enough of its own ratings, but can a sub domain affect the domain ratings. Be it positive or negative

    In life there's only one path that leads to accurate knowledge and self honor. Your Destination needs to be Truth.

    I'm not an expert but I would guess that the reputation only flows one way. So blogspot.com can have an influence on x.blogspot.com, but y.blogspot.com and z.blogspot.com probably don't send reputation back to the parent domain. This is based what would make sense to me, otherwise sites like blogspot would be 'tainted' by all their red subdomains.

    Subdomains can directly affect the reputation of the parent domain.
