RE: How to give rating?
You can classify them as ad/tracking servers.

RE: How to give rating?
Much of the problem with trackers is that if the site Privacy Policy or T&C tells you that it is using them then the site can justifiably claim that you must have agreed to being tracked.
The only viable solution for web users, at the moment, would be to install browser privacy addons such as Ghostery and BetterPrivacy but using these can reduce the browsing experience because the trackers and cookies are supposedly used to personalise the page features. Whilst I consider such trackers to be intrusive, the majority don't seem to mind being used as a target for personalised advertising.
I used to use Google AdSense on my site but I removed it because it was a full-time job just keeping it under control, and Google didn't make it easy to block inappropriate ads from my site. Obviously many site owners use Google AdSense as an extra income stream but those site owners rarely vet the sort of ads being placed on their sites.
The Facebook stuff has extended its tentacles into all areas of the web but that is mostly down to the fact that they have so many people, and businesses, using their services. I decided a long time ago that I would not join FB until they markedly improve their security and privacy. No sign of them doing anything of the sort (yet) but I live in hope.
Edit: As for how to rate sites with those trackers, it could be suggested that if the sites have a comprehensive Privacy Policy that covers the existence and use of the trackers then the sites ought to be rated on other criteria. As always, ratings are a matter of personal choice and sense of trustworthiness.

How to give rating?
Did you know that social networking sites like Facebook, Google+, and Twitter can track your visits to any web page that uses the familiar "Like", "Follow", or "+1" buttons, even if you do not actually click these buttons?
How to classify (?) a site containing:
FACEBOOK TRACKER
TWITTER TRACKER
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
GOOGLE +1
GOOGLE ADSENSE
...and more.
(Trackers are code snippets included in web pages used to track your browsing behaviour.)
I believe that this is not being considered.
Thank you for your attention
