WOT users who voluntarily rate sites may be reluctant to examine arrowheadultra.com until it can be cleared, so you may need to contact hpHosts about it. The site is also listed by scumware.org for an incident two years ago, apparently when the site was hosted at IP 207.150.212.82; if it is possible to remove the scumware.org caution, it may be helpful as well.
The published domain registration for the site shows no change since 25-Dec-2004. I am surprised that it has no entry for any change of ownership eighteen months ago. The domain has been removed from hpHosts (it was listed due to its being compromised and Koobface added)

Introduction:
I took over this domain about 18 months ago and installed a new Joomla-based web site. I have no knowledge of the prior web site and its ratings.
I have had many user complaints about poor WOT ratings for this site. I'm using basic Joomla components and do not allow users (other than another admin) to upload files.
