Most dangerous?
Those that employ clickjacking, driveby downloads, those that try to scam users with fake scanning programs as they frequently download malware with them. The list could go on and on and include those that include malware that alters the Hosts file, browser hijacks to prevent downloading /updating security programs, not to forget the anticipated Conficker C variant.
As for dangerous programs, there are loads of them, specifically the fake security programs which are malware themselves, those that install keyloggers, backdoor trojans, spyware etc. It could never be pinned to one specific program or site as there are far too many of them.....WOT's statistics are testament to that.

Security
It would seem that you have a serious problem with your security programs, I have yet to encounter a website that shuts down my computer, so I would agree with g7w and ask for the details of the site :D

To be able to delete means it had to exist.
That domain name couldn't have been removed / deleted if it never existed.Got a real domain to post?

Most recent dangerous program?
Antivirus2009 re-engineered to encrypt infected users 'My Documents' folder and then follows a popup requesting $50 or more for the decryption program!

Most Dangerous Program
What? No one's mentioned Window's Vista yet?

I'll mention Vista
It works great even with IE8!

Vista
My daughter has Vista on her laptop although I stayed with XP, but I'm the one who has to sort out the problems for her when they occur so I got used to Vista but old enough to remember binary coding and also have Win98 on third machine LOL.
I think that Symantec and McAfee should go in the pot as they are preloaded on so many PC's and just bog them down!

Symantec and Mcafee
I think Symantec is even worse then Mcafee, because at least Mcafee detects some things!
These would be my top 3 worst sites, although they WILL change;
1 Nimp.org/Lastmeasure.com (Because of the shock value and because it IS harmful to your PC)
2 Spysheriff.com While no longer around, was perhaps the most dangerous Rogue at it's time.
3 Zango It may not be the hardest to get rid of, or the most annoying. But I give this a spot on the list because;
A Zango has came right out and lied to it's customers.
B Being pushed on Children's websites even thought it's not supposed to be installed until at least 18.
C There dealings with Child Porn. -

RE: Symantec and McAfee
Actually, according to sources such as AV Comparatives, Symantec has the better detection rate. I personally hate McAfee more than Norton because I remember needing to restart 3 times to uninstall it from my desktops...mind you that was the standard uninstaller provided with the suite! Apparently removal of components was necessary before the whole damned thing could be booted off! :\

Cannot think of a single site, but...
I cannot think of a single dangerous site (and I resisted an inner urge to mention microsoft), but there is a kind of sites I really dislike: phishing :-(((

A360
This may not be a candidate for the most dangerous, but I've noticed lately on a lot of security forums I visit that this A360 thing is duping a lot of noobs. Is probably the garden variety Security Center dupe, and I'm sure it will be replaced when it no longer hooks as many people, but for now this thing gets my vote as the most "pervasive"

Google = Lots of users on SA
Same here, Lots of users when I look google.com up in SA. That could have just been a glitch, as sometimes SA site is quirky. I agree though McAfee's SA is a bit out of date.

Google: A few users.
Guess what. I saw SiteAdvisor put google as "Lots of users".
Then I refreshed it. and it became a few users again. And I did so again. And it became a few users...this is even more ridiculous than having a few users----having both alot and a few users. Probably i'll make a video out of it. Stay tuned. :)
