Good idea
Task Manager has its uses but a shortcut to end multiple processes along with their tree would be very useful to many :-)

cool :) i didnt know you had such a program, i looked at your website but couldnt find it there as a download.
i think i heard that winpatrol has an option to kill multiple processes at once too, i downloaded winpatrol because of that some days ago but have not tested the option yet.
what is the difference of your program and winpatrols ability to kill multiple processes? -

...
BLD allows you to have processes killed/ran automagically as soon as they load, rather than doing it manually :) (BLD was written at request)
/edit
It's not on the Products site btw, as it's never been officially released. Only published it to TIC as it could be useful for those working with malware.

BLD (Bob's Little Ditty)
That's a neat little utility.
Sort of like a tiny WinPatrol.
Another ditty:

h3|| I might even join the forum if registrations are excepted and pitch my praise, gripes, and ideas (if any). One disappointment - no non-registered use of board search. View images and download OK, but general information restricted. :/
So here's my question:
domaintools.com has what looks to be some really nice tools, but their use requires paid registration or expensive fees. What I am looking for, being the thrifty person I am, are free versions of reverse IP, Registrant Search, Whois History. Does anyone else even offer these facilities? There are many whois by IP / Domain name that display minimal and sometimes meaningless info. It's hard to believe that only 1 site on the Net even offers these abilities centralops.net/co has some nice features, but as with domaintools.com you are restrictted to how many times you can access. I wouldn't mind software I could use on windows pc or even UL to a Debian server. Rating websites responcibly sometimes requires more research and detail, and sometimes you can find more problem sites when you dig further. I need to good "digging tools" to reduce my time spent.Any "hits?" :-)

hpHosts has a few extra features, but I'm still working on full rIP (hostname > IP is working just fine, but IP > hostname isn't fully implemented (only works via the matches/history pages atm as I'm still working on how to do it directly from the DNS servers (I don't have access to the sensors that DT use for their service)).
I'm still also working on the other features you mentioned :o) (don't have the facilities for caching the info, so looking for alternatives until I get a decent cashflow (non-existent atm), either via donations (highly unlikely based on donations over the past 36 months (had 3 donations in > 4 years)) or sponsorship, to get the facilities in place.

Very useful for stopping malware loads
There've been discussions on here about how to kill connectivity when it appears that some certain malware may be holdng your connection open. Anything from engaging an interlock in your firewall to stop all internet activity to as drastic a measure as just turning your computer completely off.
Some have discussed the idea of killing processes in Task Manager, but the problem there is twofold. First, how fast can you do it (since a drive by download can be faster than your attempt to reach Task Manager), and second . . . what about the case of multiple processes?
The solution here addresses both those circumstances and appears to be efficient to me.
