    Installed no problems

Microsoft’s April batch of security patches are out: 8 bulletins with patches for at least 20 documented vulnerabilities.

The most serious of the flaws could lead to remote code execution attacks that give a malicious hacker complete ownership of a vulnerable machine.

    Not right away!

I wouldn't install all of them just yet. You can install the MSRT . the Junk E-Mail Filter and the one for Office but, I would hold off installing the others for a few days , just to see if they are not conflicting with other updates or programs. As we all know , it seems that Not all systems are created equal and there is always some side effects to Some of us. For this reason , I would wait a few days just to see if there are any come backs.

      Test machine

Mine go on to a test machine first to await the negative comments :-)
When installing normally on another machine it is always best to backup the system before applying the updates or create a Restore Point to roll back to.
      It works for me LOL

You don't need to have 2 systems...

You don't need to have two or more systems to achieve this. I don't have more than one computer for example, but I can rollback to before the updates were applied if need be.

This can be done using imaging and/or rollback software.

        Imaging

I use imaging software but also one machine is dedicated to downloading malware in a clean environment to see what it does, the effects it has and what removes it.
Not something I would do on a machine I wanted to use daily too LOL

      I have 3

Vista, XP Pro and XP Home

I have lots of other toys like two LCD monitors, Altec Lansing VS2221 speakers, Logitec R-20 speakers, Nicon CoolPix L11 digital camera, Palm Tungsten E2 and USB UNKAYA external case with 80GB hard drive for backups.

I wish I had a HDTV LCD but I'll have to put up with my old 19in Toshiba that works fine with cable.

      ^^

I only have two computers in my home now. One laptop and one desktop with Vista installed, my sister owns the laptop, I own the desktop. The desktop is for gaming.

I gave my other computer to my grandfather about a week ago because he need a computer, and now, I have no more computers to look at my porn privately, install illegal software, hack and send viruses to everyone who has a computer, hacking websites and stealing personal, business and top-security military information. Nah, just kidding about the hacking, porn and theft things. =P

      Guess you win cotojo =]

I'm also selling a used 8600 GT (working), I had it for about 7-8 months now, anyone wanna buy?

Just MyWOT and SpywareBlaster, I guess... Found a malicious or fraudulent website? Rate it at WOT ASAP! Found a game hacker? Report it to the game's anti-cheat team! Infected with a virus? Delete it with an antivirus =P
