    @ mischaccc

    mischaccc,

    I owe you an apology.
With your initial post, it was difficult to tell what was going on, as the topic grew it became more unbelievable that it could even true. I suppose language barriers played a role in misunderstandings.

Now with everything that has happened since, along with other (DE) WOT Members joining in to this (EN) forum to help clarify things, though still unbelievable, in the sense that this can even happen to someone stating a mere opinion, especially in a country that prides itself on technical achievements, I would like to express my formal apologies to you and as you have witnessed throughout all the discussions, I have taken a stand "by your side."

Hope to see you return to the WOT Community.

    peace,
    - G7W

    Yeah

This was definitely bulls**t, or whatever descriptive profanity you want to use to describe what this lowlife Born did.

It would be nice to see him, but...

It would be nice to see mischaccc back with us, and we certainly would welcome him back with open arms, but I think that decision actually rests with his parents. I don't just mean coming back here - I mean allowing him internet access at home. It may be denied, especially after all the recent events. I hope not though; just seeing it from their likely point of view.

      Agree, sort of

I might be inclined to restrict the young fellow just because the judgement capacities at that age are not always good. Though I don't know that he could have been expected to anticipate somebody as scurrilous as Born.

Regardless of expectations, the reality is that there are predators on the net, and poor judgement has a lot to do with why they are able to thrive.

      falling off the horse

Old cowboy saying, "When you fall off the horse, you have to get back on and ride."
which more likely originated from Proverbs 24:16

Point being this should be taken as a learning experience; granted an expensive one for mischaccc and family.

      1. Never associate personal identifiable information to an online userName for "general use" or claim that userName on a personal web page; maintain separate identities for personal protection.
It was via the jimdo.com/impressium.php page that his true identity was revealed - that was the mistake.
      2. Computers, Internet, Social Networking...
They're part of modern day life whether we like it or not, it would be an injustice to mischaccc not to allow him back into the "online world."

BTW, http://betrugshilfe.jimdo.com/impressum.php still exists and should be removed, otherwise any userName chosen that links back reveals true identity.
