    Test Results from pc world.

    Hi,all.Just got back BobJam here are the results that they did,I took my keyboard and
    mouse he said they where ok,He told me to make a list of each item i download step by
    step so if it happens again he can pin point the problem maybe? Hope you can see this list properly here it is.(im still on my old pc to make sure i could post first)...
    arhhhh!!.i cant cut and paste for some reason,,
    comments:
    Fault.Unexpected fault,keeps crashing when on internet.
    Ran built in Dell Diags:Passed
    Ran Ram test from CSR disc.Passed
    Ran HDD test from CSR disc.Passed
    Ran restore from partion:Unit set to factory defaults.
    Connected to internet and ran updates:Done
    Ran Graphics Benchmark looped 10 times no issue.
    Tested BlueRay movie twice,no issue.
    unit has been on over weekend No issues found with unit.
    End of report.................

    Hmmmm . . .

    I don't see anythng in there that sticks out.

    Your hardware seems to be in good shape, so your problem may have been a corrupted file.

    For the next few days I would pay very close attention to EXACTLY what you open and close. If it happens again, try to write down EXACTLY what the circumstances were before crashing.
