    Stay on topic

    Even on topic, debates can easily grow very long and winding..
    It becomes much worse, if it's off topic too...

    Keep it short

    No, I don't want to ban texts exceeding a certain limit. It's rather the whole thread I'm worrying about. When it exceeds 2-3 pages it takes time just to locate the new replies. And consider the poor new reader who'll have to read it all, just to get an idea of what it's about...

    Don't duplicate

    Search the forum before you start a new thread. Maybe your question has already been answered? Remember that we have 1-2000 topics already existing...

    Readers exceed writers

    Remember that for each person actually writing in this forum,
    there are many others just reading, invisible to the writers.
    So watch your language and consider your words..
