I warmly recommend upgrading to 3.5 for everyone. It's a lot faster than Firefox 3.0, especially on slower systems and on JavaScript heavy sites. I've been happily using nightly builds for months now and haven't noticed any problems in a long time.
Hi,Sami I got FF3.5- this morning all seems fine except for the tabs are open all the time from home page being the first tab could you tell me how i can turn this off please..
Thanks for your time...........cheers..............p.............
I agree with Sami. I have been using Firefox ever since version 1 and this latest release, which has been in beta form for quite a long time, is very fast and very stable.
Hi,sami. Thanks for your reply,The tabs you get at the top of the search page and you can open a page on the next tab i use colour full tabs do you know that add on off FF,
on FF 11 tabs did'nt open till i searched for something, but now its open saying start page?? If you dont know i suppose i could get used to it..........
Thanks for your time...........cheers............p............
Hi Paul,
It could be that the tabs addon that you are using is not compatible at present, if that's the case it should soon be updated. I have some addons that won't currently run on 3.5 :-)

sometimes, you have an addon with version 1.11.01 which is not compatible with FF 3.5
But if you visit the author's site, you'll see that addon version 1.20.00 is compatible.
You'll have to remove the old version and install the new.
I've done that; for example, Chris Pederick's Web developer Addon 1.16 is for FF 3.1 and below
Web developer 1.17 is for 3.5 and above. http://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/
(handy tool, you should try it)

i'm probably going to wait a while before updating my firefox 3.0
a lot of my favorite addons aren't compatible yet (most notably tab mix plus).

Tab Mix Plus

I can't live without Tab Mix Plus.
