I did report and they answered and updated their definitions. I don't know why you should be getting the same FP I reported a while ago. I think I still have the reply from Ikarus (asquared) . I'll post if I can find it.
My time with asquared is almost up. I can tell you right now that , as of This week-end , it is OFF my PC. It takes too much (way too much) resources for the security that it provides. I am not pleased at all with the end results.
In it's place I bought a subscription to SUPERAntispyware (lifetime) about eight months ago . But I wanted to give asquared another chance to prove themselves now that Ikarus has joined the fold. But, my findings remain the same . So, they got their chance to prove themselves for the last 8 months. Their time is up.

Fri 03 Jul 2009 08:43:58 PM UTC — MysteryFCMNeither MBAM NOR SAS, are replacements for an antivirus such as a-squared, they are an ADDITION to it. MBAM and SAS are NOT "full" antivirus programs, their main focus is on malware that most AV's are missing.
I actually recommend using;
1. a-Squared
2. MBAM
3. ClamWin (open source, but no realtime protection - great for scheduled and on-demand scans though)
Although I don't generally recommend "suites", if you are going to get one, I strongly recommend going with either Kaspersky or NOD32, but again, recommend having an antimalware such as MBAM, and ClamWin, alongside them.

I used it as a full Real Time Malware shield . To be well protected, I always suggest using Avira or Avast for AV , MBAM or SA for Real Time of malware or an antispyware and PC Tools Firewall Plus or Online Armor for the Firewall.
I have done so here on many occasions.
My config. consists of :
Avira Free
SUPERAntispyware , in Real Time
PC Tools Firewall Plus
SpywareBlaster with auto update
WinPatrol (Paid For, license)
and
AnVir Task manager (Full License)
On demand :
MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
DR.WebCureIt.
There is No conflicts with any of these programs they all work well and don't take allot of resources.
I'm sorry but , asquared will not be one of the security programs I will be recommending from now on. Like I said , I had it on evaluation for 8 months and in that time it reported five FP. Following a update these were rectified. It also takes up about 110 MB of ram when in Real Time.
As for the Suites , I really don't like them either But, yes Eset Nod32 would be one that I would endorse if I had to. The Avira Premium would be my second choice.

I have heard people saying that it is not very good, So i thought when it runs out i would get MBAM full license..I have Avast, SUPERAntispyware, and thought i would just get A2 free..I will do a manual update for A2 after leaving here
