    This is for the "cash for clunkers". Maybe it is to deter hackers from entering although I'm sure a hacker in China could care less.

    No it's not...
    It's a standard Federal ToS disclaimer and it's intended for those who can log in to gain access to the National VIN Code database, aka, the dealers. Yyou... me.. we do not have access or authorization to log-in; aka, no worries.

      "Cars" is cash allowance etc etc that was my reasoning for my statement.Glad you corrected me on this, I had no idea.thanks.I magnified that pasted thing and from what I read you would be in Leavenworth soon if you used this.No one has any business there. learn a lot in this form. Smart folks, glad I installed WOT. You folks know your stuff.
