(I stole the Purpose paragraph for my comment; it seemed to explain the site just fine. ;-)May I suggest recommending WOT be installed on the browser of those who use this site. This way they can rate the site ensuring it's overall Trustworthiness and also include a more personal comment.
You may be interested in placing a dynamic WOT Badge on the homepage that shows the sites current reputation.
I viewed the whois and also rated joink.com green though I did not comment.
Now that was an easy day...

I have also rated and commented, and stolen the first line from 'Purpose'. ;)
The site looks neat, eventhough the look can be made better.

Safe
I've looked, and rated it safe. Good job!
Also, it might not be a good idea to leave your email out in the open like that for security purposes. Crawlers can look for things in the format x@y.z and use it for spamming.
Instead put something like:jpcummins{AT}verizon period net
We rate the websites, the WOT staff creates, and advertises the add-on, and together, we make it all happen. -

Minor suggestions
There's a regular Mailto: link attached to the "report broken links" at the bottom of the left pane. You might consider adding a comment form which then emails the appropriate administrator, instead. The address attached to that link will rapidly become a spam magnet otherwise.
The "terms of use" is brief but, I suppose, adequate. If you collect information from visitors (website logs, possibly email addresses if there's some sort of mailing list) you may wish to disclose that on the same TOU page.
The Family Support Briefings link points to a .ppt Powerpoint file. If a visitor does not have a full copy of Microsoft Office on their computer, they won't be able to view that file. Consider converting the Powerpoint to a PDF.

I could sure use your help
I developed and maintain a web site for the 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard, Family Readiness Group. The purpose of the site is to provide information to our members and their dependents, especially at time of deployment. Our group is made up of volunteers primarily retirees. I would like for the site to have a very good WOT safety. I understand for this to happen the site needs to be rated. This is where I need your help; if possible I would sincerely appreciate as many members of the forum as possible to visit our site and rate it. My email address is jpcummins@verizon.net. Our site is http://www.181stfrg.com. Your assistance will be very much appreciated and I would thank you in advance.
