Thewhois (new, fresh look!) shows this site is not for sale.
It appears as a "parked" page in a browser
looking at the DNS info... this site deserves it's own thread along with those sharing A records with the IP.

Nonsense
This "registry cleaner" nonsense seems to be thriving (have tested enough of them to see the scam). I see it all over the place. From these lists here, to downnload, com, to Google Sponsored links, and on.
Apparently noobs are buying into this notion that using these "free scanners" which lead to these rogue registry cleaners is a good way to enhance performance. They're beleiving the ad copy.
The conclusion I'm reaching, considering the abundance of these sites, is that noobs must be shelling out the bucks for this criminal scareware.
About the only thing we can do, in addition to red rating these scams, is spread the word about WOT (Well . . . blogging about it may help too, but I'm not so sure noobs visit security blogs. I see very few, if any, comments on those blogs by noobs . . . most of the comments are made by other experienced security folks. Of course, one can hope that these noobs are lurkers on security blogs, which I guess is a possibility.)
About the only other possibility I see is taking these sites down. But if they're paying their hosting fees, that's very unlikely.

A guy who is trying something different
Hello everyone,
My name is LaPrentiss Sampson, and I have joined the WOT Community after one of my employees, told me about this place and also the rating/reputation i now have at my site: http://www.registry2aid.com
In all honesty, about a year ago, all i did was find the popular registry programs, download them, run the registry cleaner, and post the results on my review site.
There were some that i knew were bad from the start and because i knew they were bad, i never recommended them(i.e. error doctor)
Then i left the website alone for a year and have now returned to see that many of the tools i was promoting have gone bad, if they werent bad from the beginning.
Now that i know about your purpose here, and i have had my eyes open a great deal, i have decided to change things. I cant do it all immediately, but im working it all now piece by piece.
Here are a few of the plans i have in store for the next month:
Take down ALL registry programs that are rated as "Unsat and Below" according to WOT ratings - This doesnt even give these guys a chance to get reviewed on my website. Ultimately this leads to only Registry repair tools rated Good or higher by the WOT Community, and some that have not been rated at all.
This gives you guys, the chance to see the new tools constantly coming out and see how they compare to the better tools from the beginning
I plan on providing Video Reviews of the products that I am recommending - As Ive noticed how my credibility was shot down(due to my ignorance), it started to make me wonder if there were any good Registry cleaners actually out there...I have found them and will provide not only reviews in text but video reviews as well to increase trust and credibility.
Incorporating User Reviews along with my personal reviews - This is another tool i want to add so others who have used these tools can speak their mind about what is their favorite/disgusted tool and their opinions on it.
Many of the webpages on my site will encourage visitors to learn about WOT and to install it on their browser - Im glad i know about this now, but if i wouldve known about it sooner, i wonder what couldve been.
So my homepage, the review pages and the hundreds of articles/videos i will create will constantly refer to learning about what we do here at WOT and to tell them to get into the community.
Bust My Butt to Get the WOT Seal Of Trust - I want the WOT seal of trust. I ultimately want us to be the light that everyone comes to when they are having problems with their registry, and i want our light to be powered by the WOT community.
So after i get rid of the horrible sites, and make changes to our homepage, i will return and ask for a re-review. I will constantly ask for opinions on what i can do to improve my website, status rep, and then get my team on the job.
I was never trying to harm people or make peoples lives worse, and even though i may have through the products on my site, im trying to make those changes right now.
Please reply to this and let me know how you guys feel about this.
Im sorry it was such a long read, but i had to get it out.
Thanks for reading
If there's a way to PM here and you guys have some ideas, please shoot them to me.
Thanks again

Hello and welcome to WOT forum
Concerning Windows Registry "cleaners" in general...
Please post a Microsoft support article that recommends periodic "cleaning" of the Registry - do not post entries found at: social.answers.microsoft.com or any blog.technet.microsoft.com or other "public response" areas.

Re: Your Site
Having visited your site and found no overt problems, and the site is not on any blacklists, it does seem odd that the site has such a poor rating.
Part of the problem would, at first glance, seem that the site is promoting the use of a free registry scan, and this impression is reinforced by the large text that is the first thing that a visitor sees, inviting the visitor to scan their computer. As has already been seen on this forum, people are generally wary, with good reason, when it comes to such offers on websites.
However, getting past the initial warning bells, there is a fairly interesting comparison of the various free registry scammers but it is most likely that the first impression will the one that most informs the ratings.

Thanks
Thanks for you input and comments Jazspeak.
I am going to make changes to the homepage, but after reviewing my results from watching visitors from clicktale, over 50% of my audience is searching for the free registry scan, which is why i made the bold print, so its the first thing they see and can go there without searching the page and then ultimately leaving.
ill let you guys know when i have updated the homepage.
Thanks again

Re: Piriform
The Piriform site is safe and very trustworthy.
Piriform are the source of some excellent freeware (donationware?) tools and their developers work tirelessly to continue improving their products. It is probably true to say that most active WOT members routinely use one or more Piriform products.

RegistryEasy
Spammed my blog. Upon further investigating they are promoting RegistryEasy as a miracle tool. The download set off Windows Defender* as a potentially harmful program. They also link to multiple other rouges.
