    Re: WOT Ratings down

It looks like there have been network issues for some US users during the past few hours.

Can you access api.mywot.com from your browser? If you can, the issue is with your add-on, see the problem report page for further help.

    My Ratings

As always.. I get the "Oops something went wrong" error but when I refresh the page everything displays just fine. (may be a timeout or something associated with a high rate count?)

      Re: My Ratings

That's a sign of an expired session. Reloading the page updates the session and the page starts working again. Does this happen often? Have you tried clearing your cookies for mywot.com and restarting Firefox?

        Does this happen often?

It happens every time I click on the "My Ratings" tab in my profile.

Cookies are set to clear upon exit on FF, but I also do manual clearings now and then including removing LSO with the Better Privacy extension. For WOT, after I clear cookies, I need to reload the page for the "login" to display my user name; but with the "My Ratings" area always has a problem. I've used the Support->Feedback on this a couple times, several months ago. I just figured it takes awhile to load up my rating count (Ratings: 269,122 *)

If it happens every time, that could be possible too. We'll take a look at the issue next week.
