    Scorecard URLs

I came across an interesting PHISH on PhishTank.

    http://www.phishtank.com/phish_detail.php?phish_id...

Clicking on the WOT icon for this site results with the URL:
    http://www.mywot.com/scorecard/%EB%8D%B0%EC%9D%B4%ED%83%80%EB%B3%B5%EA%B5%AC.kr

    then it resolves to:
    http://www.mywot.com/scorecard/데이타복구.kr

Should the URL encoding remain as a Scorecard property value?

I ask this because I've noticed that for the past few months uriBL has the same type of entries but they retain the encoded URL instead of the Korean characters (hieroglyphics).

    Re: Scorecard URLs

Both links point to the same page, the non-ASCII characters are simply URL encoded in the other one. When you load the page, Firefox shows you the decoded version on the address bar.

Should the URL encoding remain as a Scorecard property value?

I'm not sure what you mean. You can get the encoded version by copying the URL from the address bar to your clipboard, for example.
