Thanks for the suggestion. We'll definitely look into it.

BBB online
I use them often when investigating websites.
They are restricted in their scope; not all businesses are members, not all non-member businesses that are within their service area are listed, and their service area ranges the USA and Canada. Unfortunately they are not global and WOT is.I'm not sure of other organizations that provide consumers with the same thing the BBB does in other countries but it would be nice to get a list of them; something similar should exist...

Suggestion: Incorporate Better Business Bureau score into ranking.
I recently ranked AITcom.net (A.K.A. AIT.com) with the lowest possible scores (except for child safety), not only because of my bad experience, but because of the thousands of post referring to bad experiences by others that I found while researching the company. I also found that they have an "F" rating with the BBB, but "green" ratings in all four categories by WOT. My perception is that WOT is mainly focused on computer/Internet security and that consumer protection/fraud prevention is not as high of a priority. I'm guessing that the addition consumer protection/fraud prevention really only exist in WOT because the two overlap to some extent. Basically, it is a reasonable assumption that if a company is dishonest enough to be a computer/Internet security threat, then they are also dishonest enough to potentially be a consumer protection/fraud threat.
I submit that, because of this overlapping effect, the reverse is also true, and that some method of incorporating BBB scores into WOT's rating system would benefit users in both areas of security. Unfortunately, I do not have the insight into the workings of WOT or the BBB to offer a specific method of incorporation, I just thought it might be worth suggesting.
