Luckily for Win7 users, lol, did not have to do anything.
Microsoft has been aware of this exploit, and decided to reinforce its features in later versions of .NET framework.

Brewing battle?
This could get ugly if MS takes it as some sort of insult. As long as they don't turn our browsers into the battle ground and handle it amongst themselves (or lawyers)...

Remove
If any of you would like to Remove the add-on permanently then follow the steps set forth by MS here . MS must of had a good bashing from Firefox to explain how to remove the add-on from the registry LOL !

I did see your thread before commenting but, I didn't notice the link to the article or I did but, didn't notice it directed to the same MS page. You should have made it more obvious for us older folks LOL ! Upfront and closer for the older eyes would be appreciated .

An interesting development. I just got a pop up in Firefox saying it’s blocked some Microsoft add-ons because of high security risks.
