    Website Rating

Well I've been using WOT for a few months, and my website has just gotten a few ratings. First of all, the domain is travisdanielson.com, and it's basically a student web design page/digital portfolio that is under construction. Earlier this week it had the lowest possible ratings on every catagory, even though the only thing on my webpage is a logo and a coming soon message. There has never been as much as a single offensive word on my website, (pictures too), never sold an item on my webpage, never offered an item for sale on my webpage, etc. Only thing related to business is the meta keywords I was testing for search engine answers. I requested a rating, and the privacy/vendor reliability went down to the minimum, which makes no sense to me, as I have no way for anyone to log in, buy things, ect. I'm just concerned that people who do have WOT would be alerted to the page as being a poor website for no reason.

    Re: Website Rating

I also forgot to mention, I have a mail subdomain that is for my email only, no other ones created, and it is also not mentioned anywhere, just a webmail for me. Even THAT has yellow ratings, and a red on child safety.

    Re: Website Rating

It looks like the site's content has changed quite a bit recently. Perhaps the reputation reflects the previous incarnation of the site?

    Re: Website Rating

I don't see how changing the layout of a website should require it to have the minimum rating in every catagory, especially child safety. Note that the forums from that google search were deleted, because of there not being a captcha, and spammers registering on the forum. Also, the forums were deleted long before the site had any ratings. And the previous incarnation was just a site for a roleplay character, mock newspapers for a roleplay server, ect, no offensive content, and it was not an attempt at a business website at that time.

Edit: The ratings are now in the yellow it seems, which shows improvement.

      changing a website

      changes the ratings...
Google.com is green, if Google turned into a rogue Malware distributor... it would become red.

WOT rates reputations of websites, changing the content of a site will change the reputation of that site. You wouldn't expect a vote + or - for "Body builder Travis Danielson" to be the same as for... "child pr0v Travis Danielson" would you?

Currently your site says "Enter" click it and it pops up with "coming soon"
Nothing really there to rate on is there?
