One exists, it is user supported; unfortunately it currently is intended for English language, and it's called the Wiki

re: i dont think so
Agree.
It would require someone to write the article, include some screen captures or other visual aid and explain to other WOT users "What" to look for and include comparison examples of "good" versus "bad" e-shops.All it takes is for someone to take / make the time to write it

I think I sent them to Esa S. a couple of months ago when he was still in charge - nevermind, he'll certainly have got it and even if not, it was only a few very minor things. I must say that the German translations have gone way better over time. You should have seen them a year ago..!

IT-Security
WOT was never designed for or intended to be "security" it is a meritocratic reputation rating device for everyone; it just happened that focus on security blended in. Still, it would make for a nice article. Care to contribute?

My 3 - how many people rated a site
I'd like to know how many people rated a site.
For example, I see that www.bing.com has a good reputation but I don't know how many people participated in such rate. It's useful to know, for example,
- 1 thousand people rated: it is goog;
- 500 hundred rated: it is bad.
The counter would have to be in the pop-up window of WOT.Then, we all would know if the reputation of a site came from a lot of people who rated the site.
Thanks.

Is there a link where I can read the reasons? My curiosity has been aroused. Thanks.

Well, if you know how many
Well, if you know how many are necessary to rate a site green, you could manipulate it. I think sami explained it, but i don´t know where.

It's a mixed number...
How many rated a site? A simple question, and yet not. Consider this simple example:
1: 1000 people rating a site.
2: 1 person rating a site.
So far simple - But what if I added that each of the 1000 people had never rated anything before, this was the first time? And what if the other person had rated 1000 sites before?
I know that this example is extreme, but the point remains: one single number cannot represent a mixed situation like this. It is not only a question of how many have rated a site, but also how many sites the raters have rated before...
Quantity and quality. Remember,
WOT is a meritocracy, not a democracy... -

Yes
chazsm is correct.
From here (scroll about 1/3 down):
"How reliable are the ratings?"The reliability of the reputations improves as the system gathers more supporting evidence in the form of users’ ratings and information from trusted sources. The rating window shows an icon composed of tiny human figures (my emphasis) indicating the amount of supporting evidence: one figure represents the smallest amount of confidence, five the greatest. A minimum confidence level means that we have only a little evidence and we encourage you to give your rating to improve the reliability.
Additionally, there is Sami's Wiki FAQ entry linked to in the post below, so I think we've pretty much beat this thing to death . . . and the OP's question about "suggestions" too.

human figures
I came here to find out why the figures (or bowling pins, I thought) were more for a low-rating. Thanks for letting me know.
Suggestion for WOT: Show us what they mean; don't make us search. :>( -

Re: My 3 - how many people rated a site
It's been discussed on the forum a few times, but you finally inspired me to add it to the wiki FAQ too. See "Why don't you show the number of ratings?"

I still think a reliability
I still think a reliability rating on profile should be done, at least visible for the member to see.

If one is not doing it correctly, the personal correction/reevaluation in thought should be done.
