    i need help

    when i first download wot i got a box like this

    and i was wondering where to change my options

    You can change all the settings on the settings page (there's a link to it on the rating window). You can also go back to the welcome page if you want to select one of the other preset options.

    WOT - the worst experience of all

    Sorry for that headline, but I really make a very bad experience on that website!

    I registered as a new user and put in a certain password which a saved in FF.

    After some time I wanted to log into the service and did so with Secure Loging. The Website told me that the password is not valid and so I tried it manually - the same result.
    I asked via email for a new password and got a link (by the way the email itself is confusing, becaues it tells you: You may now log in to www.mywot.com by clicking on this link or copying and pasting it in your browser: - with an active link on www.mywot.com, and as this is the first link you see...), followed that link, gave a new password (the same ss before - and again wrote it down), saved the stuff, logged out and tried to log in again - same thing: Invalid password.
    I tried several times and looked for a possibility to get support - but for the support I had to log in....
    This is really not good stuff, people. I daily log into dozens of web sites but such bad experience I never had before!

      Often this message is caused by an invalid password. Are you sure both the saved password and the user name are correct? Also, you seem to be logged in now...

      for the support I had to log in....

      No, you don't have to log in to send a support request.
