Re: Dual Monitors
Which browser are you using?

Maxthon Classic, Maxthon2
Maxthon Classic, Maxthon2 and IE8, and it happens the same in all three. Always opens on the edge of the primary monitor. Meaning it's fully on the primary screen but flush against the edge nearest to the browser that opened it.

Re: Any idea when a fix may be expected
We'll take a look at this next week. I can't promise a schedule for a fix at this point though.
Edit: This issue will be fixed in the next version of the IE add-on, which we aim to release later this week.

Multiple Monitors
A friend of mine is using Firefox on a four-monitor set up but doesn't seem to have anything like the problems that you describe. I prefer to use a single monitor for Internet, which means that I have never experienced any such problems. Therefore, I would suggest that you try using Firefox, or use a separate computer and single monitor for Internet and the multiple monitor set up on a different computer to the one used for Internet.

One of my friends have a dual monitor. I'll visit him in a few days;
while I'm there I can check if there are any problems with WOT...PS: I don't remember any problems so far, though...

I am using
I am using FF 3.6 on a dual monitor and dont have problems either. I think the problem is more of less hardwareside. What Grafik output do you have?
Even IE8 works fine with me, so i dont think its a issue of the browsers, but of the Grafik

Not a hardware issue
Since most all my other software, apart from some realy old utilities, doesn't have this issue, and this not being a hardware issue the grafix card ain't the problem, which is a Radeon X800Pro btw. Maybe bit on the older side, but it fits my needs. I also fail to see what Firefox has got to do with an issue WOT is having with IE8 and Maxthon. The two addons are completely different in the way they are written, even though the external appearance and behaviour doesn't indicate this. So comparing them is fairly useless I think.
And I'm not about to switch browser just because an addon has an issue. Not that I don't like it, I do afterall have it installed and even use it occasionally, but it is not my preferred browser. So lets leave the browser plugging out of this issue please. ;-)
Thank you kindly.

Uh, imagine two monitors
Uh, imagine two monitors side by side, browser on secondary monitor, WOT popup flushed against the edge on the primary monitor. What's so difficult to understand in this that you need a screenshot?

a picture
speaks a thousand words
This thread title is "Dual Monitors"
But you speak of 3 not 2
I'm running a tripple monitor system, and the WOT popup (from the toolbar button) always opens on the primary monitor. So I figure you can snap a shot with your camera and upload it to demonstrate the problem, after all a picture speaks a thousand words.

Re: Dual Monitors
The rating window positioning issue for dual monitor setups should be fixed in version 20100303 of the IE add-on.

Dual Monitors
Hi,
I tried searching if this was posted before but couldn't find any related post.
I'm running a tripple monitor system, and the WOT popup (from the toolbar button) always opens on the primary monitor. It refuses to open on the monitor my browser is located on.
