      If you paid by PayPal or Credit Card then you can get your money back easily. However, if you paid by an insecure method then it has cost you $250 to learn to conduct future transactions through safer payment methods.

          There is actually no need to dispute anything if the payment was made through PayPal because PayPal have a system that recovers your money for you if you let them know that you have not received the goods. There is a time limit for this, I seem to recall that it is 45 days but this does need to be double-checked.

          If the payment was made by Credit Card then the money can be recovered just by contacting the card provider and explaining that the goods have not arrived. Again there is a time limit but the card issuer will then recover the money and blacklist the scam company.

          In either case there is no need to get into a dispute with the scammers.
