The originating IP happened to be: 93.190.138.249
open it via http:// and you get this:

Tor is OK I suppose,
but if the idea of using Tor is to abuse us innocent folk, then
it's time to start including Tor IP's and their hosts as sources
for abuse.
I started by entering a Scorecard complaint for both the
IP and the host.
my proposed Article inclusion for:
Chapter IV Crimes of Infringing Upon the Rights of the Person and
the Democratic Rights of Citizens Article 263 Whoever offers a proxy IP for use as anonymity online and
allows said IP user to submit Spam upon the masses, though said
user is "free and clear" the punishment must be presented to the IP
Provider. Someone will claim responsibility and suffer the
consequences for allowing one person to infringe upon the rights of
others.
