My suggestion .....
... dump Spyware Doctor, and replace it with Malwarebytes AntiMalware (www.malwarebytes.org).
PCTools are notorious not only for ignoring people, but for allowing their affiliates to run wild and both spam and mislead people. The fact they've ignored your report (and yep, I can confirm it's a false positive) kinda proves it even more.
The "infection" it is throwing up, isn't actually related to WoT, it's related to Avast (which leads me to believe you're also running Avast's AV?).

avast!
Hello,
welcome to WOT.
It looks like you are also running Avast! und your other anti-spyware program blocks its files. It might be because two virus scanners don't work together.
Edit: I see someone else was faster than me ;-)

Just a correction ....
This one's actually got nothing to do with two AV's together - Spyware Doctor isn't an AV, it's an AS (and a very poor one at that, always has been), and isn't flagging a malicious file or even, a known malicious filename;

Hillariously, it's not even flagging a file that is related to the infection it is claiming (and PC Tools own Threat Expert site shows this);

Don't get SD
Spyware Doctor makes your Windows unstable and may make your Vista non-genuine, no matter what version it is.
Just MyWOT and SpywareBlaster, I guess... Found a malicious or fraudulent website? Rate it at WOT ASAP! Found a game hacker? Report it to the game's anti-cheat team! Infected with a virus? Delete it with an antivirus =P

Spyware Doctor
Agree with Steven, Uninstall Spyware Doctor, install malwarebytes - click on blue download button, install, update and scan, remove all infections.
That should solve the problem :-)

Thanks for all the advice.
I would have responded sooner but I was unable to access MyWot until yesterday (Apr 7, 2009) Spyware Doctor is highly recommended by Cloudeight, however, they do say that not all programs will function on all computers. I have uninstalled Spyware Doctor and since I already have Malwarebytes, I am using that one and SuperAntiSpyware Pro. Yes, I am using AVAST. There seems to be no conflicts between AVAST and these other programs. Computer is running fine and I am able to access MyWot now without any problems. I want to say thank you to everyone that came to my assistance. Cloudeight recommends MyWot to everyone and they said the support for MyWot was Excellent and they were right (they always are). Cloudeight is an awesome twosome and I hope some of you will at least check out their webpages: http://thundercloud.net/start/index.htm www.smileycons.com www.notoverthehill.com http://thundercloud.net/ Thanks again for your help.

Just a correction
Cloudeight DO NOT highly recommend Spyware Doctor, they advertise it as they're a PC Tools affiliate (VERY big difference and something they should be making clear).

@lemonhead54
Malwarebytes and Superantispyware have no conflicts with each other or with Avast.
Each machine is configured differently so there is no 'one size fits all', but generally speaking MBAM and Super work fine on most machines.
It's always good to hear that problems are resolved and that you can now surf normally :-)
