WOT must've had a developer that was colorblind, because this
handicap is almost never accounted for in the design of any visual
system, yet almost 1 in 8 males are affected by red/green type
(being that this type of deficiency is far more common than any
other, I will from now on refer to it simply as "colorblindness").
We have access ramps and bathrooms for those physically impaired,
braille and audio augmentation for those who are legally blind, but
almost everything in an office is color coded. And don't get me
started on traffic lights. This is because there are no obvious
outward signs of the handicap. (You can bet that if everyone who
was colorblind was also missing a nose, it would get a lot more
attention than it does now!)
Anyways, I appreciate that you guys actually went out of the way
to provide an alternate visual aid for us color-deficient people!
Do we have lobbyists in Washington DC?
Thanks so much for the colorblind version!
