    Warning - Intranet Settings are now turned off...

    I just got what I think should have been a 404 but instead it gave me this. (see pic)

    IE...

    I don't get Internet Explorer errors, but Google has seen this many times

    Tools->Internet Options->Security->Local Intranet->Sites

    Uncheck 'Automatically detect intranet network'

    Registry:

    Location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
    Name: WarnOnIntranet
    Type: REG_DWORD
    Data 0x0 (Do not prompt with the information bar) or 0x1 (Prompt with the information bar)

    Thanks g7w

    I found some information also but it was confusing to me. Seems like it is more for a n actual network rather than a home user so I think the "Uncheck 'Automatically detect intranet network'" is my best option.

    I rarely use IE and for reasons just like this LOL.
