Today I tried to sign up for the free one month trial to use/display the WOT badge on my site, however, when I tried to add this to the cart the below message was displayed:

"The site(s) http://www.elitegolfsolutions.co.uk does not meet the criteria for CTN membership"

No feedback or indication as to what the problem is was provided.

My website has been running since 2003 and, as you'll see from actual customer feedback on my ste, we have an excellent reputation. As far as I can see we have everything available that should be there, i.e. contact numbers, businsess addresses, emails etc., so can anyone enlighten me as to what the problem might be?
