There was a extra meta tag on your verification page. You could create a empty file on your server root directory and try again. However, since I checked that file I also verified you site manually. You don't have to do anything else.

Same Problem
As with the OP, when I tried to verify my site, http://jazspeak.co.uk I got the message:
"We where able to find the required file, but it had content. Please make sure that the file is completely empty and try again."
I edited the file on the server and deleted the content but still got the same WOT error message.
Also, does the website need to be reverified every time the site is updated?

Your file wasn't completely empty and I verified your site manually. If you get this error I would recommend you to try meta-tag verification.
You don't have to verify your site again. One time is enough.

Hi, I have put empty file *.html in my donen www.kavanali.com
end I got mesage:

I file make in Macromedia, end is empty!
