    That's because the blog inherits ratings from its parent domain unless we have enough ratings for it. In this case, that's the overall rating for blogspot.com.

    Actually...

    Actually, Blogger's ratings are different.
    You notice this (for example) on a blogname.blogspot.com rating and one of the ratings is yellow.
    However, on the official Blogger page, none of the ratings are yellow or red.

      You are looking at blogger.com, which is different than blogspot.com. Blogger wisely decided to separate user-generated content to a different domain.
