Is alertpay.com Safe?

I registered with AlertPay as an alternative hope to Paypal. However, I preferred to investigate further before I entrust my financial information. First, my question is why Ebay is not listing AlertPay among its many electronic payment options, check it out at ***** 2nd, They do not have a telephone # to be contacted at "their alleged physical address in Montreal" which is "8255 Mountain Sights, Suite 100 Montreal, Quebec, H4P 2B5", check site photo at ***** ; the only phone # I found was (514)748-5774, BUT according to ***** this phone # reverse phone look-up, it is registered to the physical address 5200 de la Savane, Montréal, QC H4P 2M8, which is at 2 blocks to the south, check site photo ***** 3rd, their business physical address I found for AlertPay Inc and alertpay.com was 2236, Albert Hoy Street, Belize City, BELIZE 4th, I also found this scam information site with reference to AlertPay ***** and another *****

A favorite payment system for members of scam sites, including "Get-Paid-To" click/read/link/email/etc. This web site displays a fake Better Business Bureau Accredited Business seal, which links to bbb-bec.com, which redirects to occq-qcco.com, which is a link farm named the "Quebec Commercial Certification Office", designed to seem like the BBB, and run by vortexsolution.com.

Bad customer experience.I have visa in usd they take it like it is Visa euro,(3,2% fees) another big issue is that with my pin I have tried to recover it from my security questions but they fail to be for help.Stay away from this one.Use only Paypal this is my deepest advise for you.happy new 2011 new year

I have gotten so frustrated with PayPal and their deception and dishonesty and we have completely dumped PayPal and use only AlertPay. We use it to pay vendors as well as contractors and to facilitate payment from customers on our websites. We have been using AlertPay now for going on 4 years and although in the beginning they had a few problems caused by correspondent banks, they have always been honest and dependable and the customer service and tech reps have been prompt and courteous in answering any questions or responding to our problems with resolutions. And it is great to see that soon they will be adding some new features that we have been advocating since we first got involved with them. AlertPay is a much better alternative to PayPal and GoogleCheckout.
