It's possible that there are some satisfied customers, but a quick scan of their Facebook page shows lots and lots of people pending on transactions for weeks. I happen to be one of those customers. I fear my US $100 transferred from Dwolla to Mt. Gox will be lost forever. Buyer beware.

This site used to be good, but they were not able to keep up with market growth. expect LONG wait times to get your coins. they used to take 20 minutes to process an order, but i have now been waiting 2 days with zero communication from BitInstant. At this point I am wondering if they've just collapsed in on themselves and lost my money in the process. I would strongly recommend finding another exchanger to get you BTC
