Buy at your own risk! I ordered a replacement phone for my daughter's that was broken and the phone sent only worked for a few hours. I had let it sit overnight on the charger before giving her the replacement. I called the company a couple two days later after trying a number of troubleshooting steps and then had to deal with a protracted set of troubleshooting steps with the agent that did not resolve the issue. They offered to send another battery but were not sure if it was the battery or the charger that was the issue. I informed them, after spending considerable time on the phone with the agent that their policy is not to issue refunds but to give store credit. Hmm, no reputable company operates this way.
