Au prix de la location, vous devez rajouter les frais de services du site - 8€ pour 3 nuits à 20€ - mais vous devez surtout contracter un abonnement "Pass" d'au minimum 19€ pour un mois, afin de pouvoir échanger avec le propriétaire ou le locataire !!! Pour des locations occasionnelle, calculer le prix par nuit et vous aurez le prix réel par nuit !!! Réfléchissez bien avant de fournir des justificatifs d'identités, car une fois qu'ils sont envoyés, plus moyens de faire machine arrière !

having chosen on this site a house to rent for a short holiday, I first checked it was available fot the period I was interested in. So I payed 48€ to obtain a year long access to the owners of the flats & houses displayed on the site, and got in touch with mine, to discover that in fact the house was no longer available for renting at that moment... The website said they were "sorry" for me, and that "they would tell the owner to correct his datas", but when I asked for a refund, they replied "yes, no problem... at the end of your subscription"! that is, in a year or so... when I tried to object that I had payed for something that seemed available but in fact was not, and that I had been misdirected by a false statement on their website, then no more answer... So I'm going to have to wait a whole year to get my money back, if ever...
