It blows my mind - so many websites - which are 'reviewed' by this extension, are ridiculously labeled as 'dangerous', etc. There's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - let me repeat - absolutely N-O-T-H-I-N-G wrong with this site!!!! If you don't know how to USE A COMPUTER PROPERLY< then DON'T REVIEW!!!! Go play man jong, or canasta!

When I looked up "Ancient Thai military weapons and tools" a galleryhip site popped up. When I went on to the page it asked me to answer 3 questions about the upcoming 2016 elections. After I answered the questions, I was told I was "chosen" to pick a mobile device I "may" win. I went back to the first page and got an alert saying that on my Kindle fire, I had a virus and my battery was 28% infected. And to fix it, I would have to download an app to fix my battery and I had 4 minutes to do it or else my whole battery would be infected. Galleryhip seems to have a page on every search though, and has nothing to relate to them. I would not.go on this site because it could actually give you a virus. If you see a galleryhip link, just don't click on it.

Pop ups in dozens. This is unacceptable

This website is just a bunch of spam and it almost got me a blue screen. The website might be illegal also. I am very suspicious.

Clicked on image in Google images, took me to this page with RED WOT warning. When I clicked to leave the page it stayed on and told me a virus had been detected. MacHelper popped up and said to click it to delete virus. This was also a big red WOT, I really got scammed on this one. Noticed no odd behavior on my laptop but it was a real scary ordeal.

I was doing a google image search for "silent movie title card" and this place came up. I got a nice high rez image, downloaded it, and had no problems at all. I didn't go to their home page, just to the page that google pointed to. System: Ubuntu 14.04, Firefox, Adblock Plus

looks like some kind of experimental and automatic content/image-collect to keywords. Due to "noscript" and "adblock" I do not see any advertisements at all well - google can do better...

A scam site hotlinking content images with popular keywords and stealing traffic from other sites, has a lot of ads and popups which are everywhere, also all sorts of nude images, so not suitable for children either. Misclicking on the ads that popup everywhere starts downloading unwanted and suspicious software.

Nothing wrong with this site. It is safe.

Why is a gallery of images such a bad thing? *boggle* And if ads are displaying nonsense or dubious things, I highly recommend this combination (providing you are using Firefox): Globally block cookies and reenable those that are absolutely necessary, Adblock Plus, NoScript, Request Policy, and Better Privacy - and any obnoxious ads are going to leave you alone! Or to put it more bluntly: There's nothing wrong with this site, but instead with the ads that are displayed!

Wot needs someone to moderate stupid ratings like this one! There is nothing wrong with galleryhip. what's the point of Wot ,if the ratings are as ridiculous as this one? note: To the numptys saying bsod and malware. Your computer is infected and u need to scan it with malwarebytes and a maybe a good internet securty antivirus program like Eset.(I.S.S Version) And make sure u have all O.S updates. Your problems have nothing to do with Galleryhip.com. You are obviously a little bit incompetent when it comes to running a secure os.

Adware and other spamming programs are downloaded along with images and attempt to install by themselves. Be very careful!

REquers javascript and has BSOD!

Website contains malware downloads and ads asking you to call a number to "fix" your pc.
5
Nothing wrong with this site that I can see. Why is this site still rated poorly when it has only one bad rating and five good ones???
3
@Toa of Justice If you need a program, is it really a virus? Some people just rate sites red, cause you need another program. So, why did you use "malware or viruses" tag?
2
I don't understand why this site has a bad rating, it hasn't tried to install anything onto my computer. The site itself is clean, it's just a huge collection of high-quality images. This site seems unfairly rated.
4
Unjustly flagged, some people are too stupid to rate a bad or good site.
7
How is having javascript a reason to flag the website? And which 'unrelated software download' are you referring to? Disqus? It appears that the site is being unfairly flagged.
10
Requires JavaScript and an unrelated software download to view content.
