Not much whois information and the host "CDNETDNS.NET" is unrated. Many scammers use this site, and it is unknown if the ioffer is aware of this. Best to research any past business activity of any dealer, and decide how much you want to risk.. Actually dealers are to blame, and ioffer does not gain one dollar from the transaction, so cannot be resposible for what happened. I myself, however may never use this site. "
