Good customer experience
I have bought a couple programs from them and they were clean.
Now the way they handle promoting some of there products are not handled in the best of manner.
Now I can only speak about paid product and not free or trial.
I had one issue with incompatibility with multi-core comp and they not only refunded, but gave me 50% off on any product of my choice.
I also need tech support and such was handled in less then 24hrs.
I've read where some say they don't offer support. . . nonsense.

Same site as nch.com.au which also distributes malware and the likes - again, can't understand why WOT are rating this site as "Excellent" when people are telling you they distribute software containing malicious malware and viruses!.
On a recent scan of a lot of their software it would now appear they have cleaned most of it up - but now it's changed from "freeware" to trial software - are we honestly saying this lot can be trusted? "
