Overcharging, changing fees, duplicate charging, cancelled and changed reservations. I would never use or recommend these guys. I have had clients experience all these problems and their travel plans were literally ruined.

We tried to book flights to Germany using this website. The site offered tickets on an airline that was not available from the offered airport. The reviews on another site called this website a scam! They also charged our card before we finished our order, and they tried to charge us many more times than we had requested. STAY AWAY!

My wife booked a ticket, a couple of weeks later we get an email saying that her booking was changed, fare had increased. Checked online reviews -- wish we had done this before. This company has an appalling reputation. Just hoping we can cancel via our credit card -- apparently, it's not even worth attempting to contact their customer service.

We have used ***** several times for flights and hotel. Booked our flights online and received confirmation later that day with a notice that we had e-tickets. Great Service, fast and convenient.
