This is an excellent web page that lets you look up an IP or a domain in a large number of anti-spam blocklists to see if it is listed. Please be aware that you should find out *why* an IP or domain is listed on a particular list before you make judgements about it; some of the lists this tool checks are whitelists and some list dynamic IPs or consumer-grade DLS IPs that should send email through their ISP rather than directly, but are not spamming IPs necessarily. :-)
