Is planet-traffic.com Safe?

I paid for 20,000 hits to my site, which has enjoyed a click-through rating of about 80% since its launch four years ago. The site's homepage averages about 5 hits per day when I've been away from traffic exchanges, and about 4 hits per day on the "select your OS" page. Reason being, the homepage has a very catchy, niche title, which grabs the attention of people when they aren't even looking for it. Today, I've been watching my Statcounter, to see how well Planet'Traffic delivers. As of 5:00 p.m., I have 301 hits to my homepage, and 2 on the "select your OS" page. Reviewing the history, one visitor came by way of Google cache, and the other was using an anonymous proxy with no referrer link available. Checking the referrer link that brought most of my homepage views reveals a darned autosurf! So I've been paying to have my counter run up without anyone actually SEEING the site! Complete waste of time and money.
