Is planetdomain.com Safe?

I am trying to move my web registrar to an American company, and they said the next step is to approve the change with the losing registrar (the one I am moving from) This is after I did all the approvals necessary via email and after I gave the password that planet domain gave me to my new registrar. Planet domain said they don't have to approve anytthing.... This is true, but makes there customers wait for the change to timeout in the system. Wait for approval, rejection, or timeout (Time out is a default approval). Sorry, but I am unable to make changes during this waiting period when many or most other registrars happily speed up the process. This also means that I am unable to recommend this registrar
